About Taylor Press

Taylor Press offers titles for the outdoor enthusiast, with the emphasis on vertical-market "niche" books.

"The Glock In Competition" was our first offering, and frankly, looks a bit crude to us today. It's due for revision this fall as time allows.

Ken Eichner's "Nine Lives Of An Alaska Bush Pilot," on the other hand, continues to receive rave reviews -- most recently in the form of an author interview in the Helicopter Association International's magazine "ROTOR."

James Tarr's "Failure Drill" heralds Taylor Press' first flight into fiction.

Other titles on the development list include:

  •  "The Practical Shotgun Book" -- a compilation between shotgun expert Pat Kelley, and USPSA 3-Gun National Champion Taran Butler.
  • "The Glock In Competition, Second Edition" -- an expanded version, including the latest technological innovations for Steel Challenge and USPSA Open competition.

Taylor Press is a subsidiary of Taylor Freelance.
